Bill runs an outstanding office of very competent employees, although very busy the staff always has time to assist clients with answering questions and providing excellent guidance on major claims processing as well in a timely manner. The agents in the office guided me through a very complex process including their follow up call to a State Farm Approved Collision Shop hence providing me with a clear explanation of what the next step to take.
